I recommend weekly coaching sessions, but if that feels too fast for your team to implement the processes we're discussing, we can do biweekly sessions.

Session 7: Profit & Loss- reviewing the financial health of your practice and coaching on how to improve it.
Session 8: Reducing Cancellations- training your therapists to improve therapeutic alliance and putting administrative best practices in place to reduce cancellations.
Session 9: Creating Standard Operating Procedures: the who, what, and how of creating SOPs people actually use.
